Even the greats are always a little more nervous in the begining of a peice. I often heard pros do these at begining. Casals once said that us amateur students (well I don't know if you are amateur or not : ) are the enlarged version of the pro's mistakes! Just that the pros make so SO much less and less apparent than ours... In the very few recordings where we can hear a slight mistake, I am always amazed at how they keep going without making 100 others after! Steel nerves! Bravo!!! Genius.
