2) the boss benefits from them practicin. customers often go for teppanyaki only for the sho

3) i have personally known an owner of multiple successful teppanyaki restaurants who required his chefs to practice. Is it coincidence that all of his cash cow restaurants are highly skilled chefs who are paid to practice?

4) this would be an excellent video to have, as an owner, to motivate new trainees.
