Yeah, hairspary is okay. Just dont put it on before your masscara, or It clumps really bad, and Use aresol Hairspray, not the Squirt Bottles, It'll look blotchy after a few hours.

The whole conception I think Hanh is trying to share is that with moisterizer and foundation primer, your foundation has a more mobile surface to move across, ergo more room to spread using less foundation.
