  • It doesn't come with a clutch that sucks I wanted to by that

  • is an FL20 20cc strong enoguh to make a good motor scooter?

  • got the same engine on my bike

  • @borderlineartistic hey how fastdoes your bike go? im planning on using this for a scooter build...

  • @WoWkiddymage it went prettty well until the intake manifold cracked lol

  • @borderlineartistic DO YOU KNOW HOW FAST EXACTLY?

  • nice toy

  • I'm rebuilding one of those, and I don't really care what anyone thinks about it as far as quality goes.

  • Never rev a cold engine. The reason is because the metal of the piston expands at a faster rate than the metal of the cylinder. This is a quick way to score the piston or cold seize the engine altogether. Allow the engine to sit and idle for at least a minute or two before going full throttle.

  • Oh that's why, thanks for the info.

  • needs tuning, doesnt run bad tho :)

  • It's stock tunign :)

  • Do you think 20cc would be too little power for a motorized bicycle?

  • I'll find out soon enough :D

  • Thanks. When to my local walmart today and these 20cc weedeaters were like 60 dollars. Nice price on these weedeaters. Had some nice bikes as well. Hmmm........... :D

  • well i have a ryobi 30cc and i bought my bran new for $99.99 dollars, it accually was a very good buy because its been about guessing 4-5 years since i bought it and it still run strong and starts easy and revs pretty good

  • These things rarely wear down quickly... they actually have a bitta quality in them.

  • it runs better on half choke than no choke because its running ummm whats that word

umm its running where there not enough gas in the fuel air mixture

  • Lean. The EPA makes these run leaner and leaner every year. My Homelite only runs right and continuously between Half and Full choke!

  • Very true mowers dont even have mixture screws any more. Does the weedeater have one? Turn it out a bit if so.

  • Think it does. Not sure whether it has a low or high speed screw.

  • that thing starts a hell of a lot better than your homelite! (no offense)

  • No offense taken! WalMart is good at one thing! Selling trimmers :P

  • Nice!

  • Thanks!
