I have one suggestion. I learned that when playing an instrument like the the ocarina, everytime you change the note, you want to stop blowing and start again when your fingers are in place, it gives it a much neater sound = )

Kick out the drums, they totally ruin it. And the your a bit off in the tone and pitch. Use a higher pitched ocarina. And sometimes you don't even play the correct notes. Good though.

Different ocarinas have different fingerings.

there are different ranges in different ocarinas. I am saving up for a 2-octive double ocatina from focalink. It is not a recorder (nor is it "deformed" lol) and should not be mistaken for one. do the research for ocarinas. its quite interesting =D

so the point is: This particular ocarina was NOT worth the price, however there are many others that absolutely are!

Pretty good. However, I don't personally care for the personal flare as you call it. A few additional notes may have sounded nice but on a couple of the times it both threw you off track and made the song not sound very good.
