  • Scott, very cool stuff. Starting to integrate some of your exercises into my training at the gym. As a race car driver, cyclist and Karate practitioner, I'm always looking for new things to try.

  • for the rope climb, should rest your legs on a bench taht way you pull more weight. Awesome video.

  • That's only step one. Wait until you step 2 of that exercise! OMG! Inverted!!!
