em. not bad. the uniform good. instrument was updated. but u must improve ur song's quality. u mat have more training, cos ur members have not enough "gas"....brass player must have more training.
mayb is HLMB d teacher advisor or ex-teacher advisor ba... band members won't betray their own band... hav no evidence... so can't say tis confidently...
