  • how would you wash the jeans after this?

  • Doesn't wax makes them flammable??? they look good, but risky~ NO SMOKING!

  • @saramelba how dim are you? Wax is not flammable... think about a candle, the wax protects the wick from burning quickly because the wick is the burning agent, not the wax. The non-flammable wax prolongs the life of the lit wick. Go watch a video about how candles work.

  • does this kill breathability?

  • if i wax a pair of pants and skate in them on a hot summer day, will the wax melt off? or will it cause extreme discomfort to ma legs?

  • my jeans lost in lustre. I'd like it to get some shine back but not as shiny as this? You think if i rubb gently with the otter way that'd work?

  • I thought the otter wax was much smaller. So you dont have to warm the wax, just apply it like that?

  • @TheCoveted What about on blue jeans?

  • @TheCoveted will a jar of beeswax work to if i apply it with a paint brush

  • @eddienjouavel I've used beeswax on a piece of canvas before. I wasn't trying to make stylish clothes, just experimenting. I used a plastic spatula....I spread it pretty firmly, to avoid any excess.

  • does this really make it waterproof? would it work on denim snowboarding pants?

  • love the editing and sexy hands

  • wont it wash off when you put it in a washer?

  • best idea save money thank you:0

  • this is a gem of a video! i purchased waxed jeans last year that i thought were ruined because my lovely fiance washed them waxed side out. thank you so much!!

  • is 1 bar enough for a pair of jeans?

  • How long til they have to be rewaxed?

Does washing take off the wax?

Were can you get the wax?

    Please and thanks.

  • @finalassault

    1) Depends on how hard you wear them. I'm sure you would be able to tell.

    2) I would think so. If you use hot water, soap, abrassive sponges, etc., the wax will probably come off. If you're concerned about that, you can just use ice-cold water, and brush the jeans with a sponge. OR you could try giving them a cold soak (leave them in a bath tub of cold water). A lot of people think jeans need to be washed regularly, but unless you spill something horrible on them, not really.

  • this is awesome! definitely giving this a try ^_^

do you have to re-wax the jeans if they're washed?

  • great viddy!

  • they look like leather pants after being waxed

  • where can i get that wax?i live in mexico, can i get it in a hardware store?o in walmart?

  • why would anyony wear waxed jenes? im not just putting hate here, i really do question that.

  • @sparklezwow02 They can look really cool and they're more windproof and waterproof.

  • @sparklezwow02 well, waxed jeans have a leathery look. if you can't afford to shell out $600 on a pair of leather pants, or don't like to wear leather, it's a great alternative and it's also natural. :)

  • @TheCoveted why dont you like to wear leather......

  • @sparklezwow02

    You'd be surprised.

  • @sparklezwow02 my jeans from g star armani and stuff are all waxed it makes them look more expensive and its a good way to re wax them after you wash!

  • @sparklezwow02 I wondered the same! but now with their explanation I though also could be a good alternative for winter, to wear in rain perhaps?

  • i love the camera it looks so clear and thx to showing how to wax denim wax denim

  • @alexisgt90 thank you! :)

  • @TheCoveted your welcome !
