  • I liked it.

  • bleh

  • @FelippePeter

haha. Funny it is. My partner was once a skinny

guy but he tried the program offered by the site:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

in just a few weeks under its program, his muscles

started to get visible now. Never thought an

internet program like this would make him grow

    musculas.:))

  • Yawn---this is NOT thrilling!

  • I HATE SEATED LEG CURL I PREFER SQUATS. CHECK OUT MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL FOR WEIGHT LIFTING EXERCISES THAT WILL INCREASE YOUR VERTICAL JUMP!!!

  • you make deadlifts look kool

  • When doing stiff legged deadlift you do not bounce the weight of the floor! Slow negatives and a good stretch. Legs should be straight at all time to keep tension on the hamstrings otherwise lower back is being worked most. It's an isolation movement not a powermovement.

  • @RAV3N96 Couldn't agree more with what you have said. Great way to do some serious damage is to do such and exercise with ballistic and uncontrolled movements. Well said good comment

  • @RAV3N96

Wrong. With deadlifts of any matter, if you keep tension like that without resting the weight on the floor, you will end up damaging ligaments, muscle tear, long term knee pain. It's better to "bounce" the weight off the floor when deadlifting.

  • @heat4yoass No. Bouncing the weight wil more likely result in a muscle/ ligament tear, as it is less controlled. If you don't have constant tension on the muscle, you aren't getting the full benefit of every rep. So you may "complete" ten, but only get the benefit of five, because you lost tension on that muscle, so the benfit goes to supporting muscles.

  • @BodybuildinginTX

Then what do you suggest for a deadlift because performing deadlifts and stiff legged deadlifts have different negatives. btw, I could have worded it differently, but you probably think bounce it literally. I actually meant let the weight rest on the floor momentarily rather than keeping tension on it. A lot of people get injured this way.

  • @heat4yoass Yeah, i thought you meant quickly changing directions to preserve momentum. I agree, a slight pause is better because it forces the muslce to stop and start the movement(assuming no cheating is done) to continue the set. Well said.

  • @BodybuildinginTX

touche. Actually you said it alot better than I did. Glad there's people out there that are knowledgeable on deadlifts. I see way too many people doing it wrong at the gym and notice them not doing it ever again after for obvious reasons.

  • so much volume. No wonder he didn't gain any muscle since getting the pro card.

  • how many exercises they did?? uhh?

  • awsome

  • finish it then u die :D

  • luv the work out its my new leg workout.

  • Who the hell has 2 hrs to do all this stuff on leg day? Geez!

  • @mannyvelo if you have no job like this guy you can do them

  • He loves the word "Gorged". He says it in every video.

  • FIRE! METAL! LEG PRESS LOCK-OUT?! TERRIBLE TECHNIQUE! FIRE GOOD.TECHNIQUE BAD. BEER GOOD.NAPSTER BAD.

  • i wish it wasnt so dark at the gym its hard to see their form plus they are wearing black in a red and black gym.

  • That is a lot of hamstring work to do before any push movements, is there any reason for this?

  • how are stiff legged deadlifts a hamstring exercise? I dont get it.

  • 5:10 did he just say that front squats takes off the compression on the lower back???I thought all form of squats causes spine compression? am I wrong?

  • correct ur title dummy

  • leg extensions can fuck up your knee caps, and its proven

  • @stylezNout thats what knee strap are for to prevent them at least

  • @stylezNout No. Muscle imbalances, inflexibility, not properly warming up the muscle, and improper form cause knee problems, not the excercise itself.

  • @stylezNout i agree. i've been working out for 3 years now and recently i was doing some leg extensions with some light weight (and about 10 reps each set). all of the sudden my left knee started hurting and i thought nothing of it so stretched it out a bit and took it easy. then when i got to squats, my left knee hurt like a bitch and i had to stop

  • @papistoso i think he said cool lol

  • @jorintelis really?

  • @papistoso obviously says cool tho, but it would be cool indeed

  • Just a question guys, but um, how long does this tAke? Because isn't it bad to spend too long at the gym.. Burn too many calories?

  • @FallenAmongThornsx If you work out like you're supposed to, then about an hour to an hour and a half of working out does just fine. As far as I'm concerned, burning to many calories is a good thing. :D

  • @FallenAmongThornsx This definitely seems like a long ass workout.

  • I dont do the leg curls, fcks up your knees :(

  • @Laszczka Working out fucks up your joints. Stop complaining.

  • @Bombsofglory ..... I guess you have never leg curled, atleast heavy enough. Get your facs right....

  • if you go lighter and do the reps faster, does it hlp w/ explosiveness and vertical jump//speed?

  • Um...knee replacement surgery.

  • Brutal workout. The FST-7 for the calves really work. Got a charley horse, but that means it's working!
