I have 17,000 words, and only 7 days left. But I'm on Thanksgiving break right now so I plan to do nothing but type. I. Will. Finish. This. Novel. If it's the last thing I ever do
You can also make Your characters go into some new house and describe the inside of it with great detail. I find that gives quite some words, especially if You put a lot of paintings in the house and describe every single one of them with, again, great detail.
Bye, I;m going to go write my dream sequence now! :D.
thank you for this. i am in desperate need of about 25,000 words & i've already written most of the exciting bits. :D i'll implement the other tips. cheers! x
I'm a few days behind, I get to pick my word count as a young writer, so I picked 450 a day, which was the highest possible my teacher gave us. I have to write 1,500 words today in a short amount of time. To you 50,00ers I need some tips!
im a nanowrimo participant........only in the young writers program i really didnt think i would be able to acomplish it because im goin just a little under the goal for adults but thatks for the tips will use them in my quest to completa a nove!!
At first I was skeptical about watching this... Kinda seemed like some weight loss scam...
Just kidding! Thanks for the video... Tomorrow I might have to make my family perogies... They don't really miss me but I like perogies. So they'll have to deal with it. Boiling water... Never thought of that one!
I am about 20,000, 30,000 words behind right now, so the only possible way I could catch up would be if I had a time machine-- but thank you for this anyway. I will Keep This In Mind. :)
Whenever I hit writer's block doing this, I just kill the protaganist through a long death scene, then have someone else be the new protaganist. I only have four chapters, though, 28,778 words at the moment.
One tip: describe every little room in the story in ridiculous detail.
