That is Nyac. She was rescued from the Exxon Valdez spill. She lived a long time (17 I think) considering she was saturated with oil and had kidney problems as well as other things. Her friend at the Aquarium is Milo, still there, and they were famous as The Hand Holding Otters. (video on You Tube) The would "raft" (hold paws) and float around the pool. Milo woud use his flipper to give them a push when they got to close to the edge.
