The SNES version probably does deserve a low score as the controls and framerate are too slow. The Genesis version is fast and a lot of fun, though. Also, you need to learn the game before reviewing it. You couldn't make 3-point shots and dunks because your timing for ball-release stinks! Plus, you kept trying to dunk from directly under the rim, which doesn't work well in real hoops, either.

I bet if you guys went out onto a basketball court and actually tried to play real basketball, you'd find that making a shot is really pretty hard. The game reflects that. You actually have to PRACTICE. It's all in the timing.
But I do agree that the trash talk is the best part of the game. MONEY!

you actually are not trying to make a basket at all when u said you were. You have to release the button at the top of you're jump (just as one would do in a real life game of basketball). Unless this is your first time playing the game, it's obvious that you're fucking up on purpose because after playing any game about five times or so, it's just convention to develop a feel/rhythm for the controls and gameplay behavior, i.e., you get used to playing.
Graphically they look the same, yea. I like in the genesis version there is a stereo that you can dribble up to and change the song, but you drop the ball when you do so.

DuDe the game is so easy to play!!! Me and my brothers used to play it all the time.!!! With that girl, roxy i could make it rain with her nearly all the time. Its easy to dunk!!! The game is so simple dude too bad we cant meet cuz I will show you how easy it is. I totally remember how to play it and shoot the way I did!!!
