The only way i coul;d see this happening is if the recording device was sensitive enough AND the phone receiving the call would be able to transmit at the required frequency (above human hearing) AND if the transmission method could handle the transmission of such signals AND if the phone was capable of sending a signal so irregular. I dont see it working frankly. But then again im no scientist...
