The main reason for some metalheads to exclude black people, I believe, is because of the "black culture" that is exposed on TV and radio today. Hip Hop, Funk Carioca, and new R&B form an image of a marginalized empty-minded "nigga" that deserves no respect at all, while metal focuses on more mature and intelligent topics. I like Blues, Jazz, old Rock'n'Roll and Hendrix and that's good black music to me. And it's nice to see black people who are not affected by the stupid stereotypes.
