I would first make sure you can live in a 3rd world country because I can tell you that there are reasons why some countries are third world. When it comes to personal hygiene, level of water cleaniless, food preparation, living conditions and etc. I have not be to Ghana personally but make sure you can adapt first. Are you going to be around just to be around more black people, what is your reasoning behind it?

My plan is to acquire these properties from tax sales (avg cost $6000 & under) repair them and resell them seller financed no banks involved. average mortgage payments must be in the $550 or less range. Have you seen this type of business b4? Give me some ideas on preparation.

I'm a blackman who was cited the other night for driving without a headset in a predominently white community. I was totally at fault. Now, after I gave the officer my license he asked me if I had keys for the car...mind you the car was on. He checked the stearing column as well to see if I had stolen it. This is nothing new to blackmen. When every single blackman has experienced profiling such as this it's amazing we're not crazy. A Barack Obama presidency has not washed away systemic racism.
