Akino Arai. Try to find the original song, you should here an acoustic guitar in the beginning. That version's better.

On other videos people say Sherry / Izumi Kato is the original singer. I can't seem to find any information on her though... and you can tell that Akino Arai has a different voice.

They had Sherry AKA Izumi Katou sing this version. This one was inserted into the anime RoLW. Akino Arai composed this song and wrote the lyrics though. She has her own version, and even sang a full English one. I prefer Akino's voice, but each to their own, I guess.
