I love the ornaments in the beginning. Would you mind telling me how you executed them?. It sounds as if you're going between two strings. Thank you and congratulations!
@uncjim Hah well, it's quite tricky to explain with words. Suffice to say, the trill/ornaments are done over two strings instead of doing them over one string. The right hand pattern is a-i-m-p. So the "a" finger hits the b string, the i finger hits the G string, the m finger hits the b string, and the humb finishes the ornament on the G. Hope that helps!
WONDERFUL!!! However, try to cature the saucy flavor of the piece. Technically you are very good for a kid your age, now try to be more expressive. But Bravo! If you were playing on the street I.d give you three bucks.
Very nice playing, also with your other pieces. I wonder if you could get your folks to spring for a better microphone setup? Would be so much more enjoyable without the hiss, and with some equalization
hello friend! good playing, I just think you could divide the voices sometimes, specially when the play like '' canon'' you could play them '' piano'' to enphasise the diference between them, and I'm not sure ( perhaps another transcription) but it looks like there are some wrong notes cause the version I played was quite different.
Very well done - especially, if you consider, that a keyboard player simply presses the key and a good sound comes. A guitar player must make the sound himself which makes things more difficult.
Nice, especially after just 2.5 years of playing. By the way, what guitar are you playing? Very nice. I don't think I've heard a cutaway guitar produce such a rich sound before (assuming it's unamplified here).
It does help and is much appreciated. Thanks for the reply!

Look for the performance by Alexandre LaGoya. He makes the trills very much like the ones you do... you will like it.

This is about the tempo he implyed. I think playing this piece too slow would lose its charm.
And the only way your transcription could be harder is if there were more ornaments.

Beautifully done!

Very good. The guitar sounds rich and smooth in your capable hands.

It is ok.
Well, it is too slow for a song like L483, you sound's very nervous and the tempo is a inconsistent too! Relax mate!

Yes its unamplified.
Its a 2cwe Ramirez, a great guitar.
I think alot of it has to do with the strings you use, nail shape, and overall technique. (but mostly the strings)
I use D'addario composites.
