They allow children to be with bad parents, yet the continue to steal children from innocent parents.
There is something incredibly corrupt & wrong happening within the system.

having had a sibling forcibly placed into foster care for no reason, watching my mother fight tooth and nail until she got a really good lawer that threatened to sue, they returned my sibling within weeks but it took 5-6 YEARS of battling. in the mean time my sibling was abused, denied care, misbelieved and treated as a second class citizen. the system is so broken in ontario, i wonder if it ever can be fixed.

The system is broken here in Australia also. They stole my little boy from hospital at birth all due to extreme exaggeration & false claims. None of which they had evidence for, all of which I had evidence against, yet they would not see my counter evidence to prove them wrong.
I'm so glad your sister came home eventually. I'm so sorry such a tragedy happened to you in our day & age.

There are more it's just not mentioned.. I have talked to a few parents who's children were killed by corporate foster care so far number is 9 3 naturally accelerated by over stressing the child... and 6 were killed in care... the media and government are good at keeping these things hidden from the public...

I am from Calgary I am suing the government over my own time in foster care a bunch of us are.. class action style...
Alberta had the worst most corrupt foster care system in Canada for years... now Ontario holds that positions Calgary actual is trying to get the system fixed... and have been for awhile.. they got along way to go... but here in Ontario... they like it broken.. lots of profit and tons of children to sell..... I mean adopt...

some parents shouldnt be parents. this was a baby and there was probably a history with the mother. This is Sad.
