Its in the map Hip Hop and It's called Hip_Snare_3

there are refills for that. but if you want to do it yourself you need to record it into a wav file. then play the wav file through redrum or a sampler. or convert them to rex files ;)

to make a dre beat u should go with 90 bpm

use the ReDrum to make ur own drum patterns, dont use the loops
