I used a canon ixus 6 + diving case.
Eden is great for free dive, don t do it alone.
u do good when lying on bed, but when in the water, with your head in water, your apnea time will get better

wat camera did you use here? I'm going to try this ad eden rock this coming sunday. I'm thinking of buying a GoPro video cam. I just time myself on static apnea while in laying in bed. mine was just 2'20"s. for freedive I haven't timed myself yet.

Thank for your comment...when i started free dive, i could not reach 10m deep and no more than 30sec.
By practicing with some friend and 6 months later...Huge difference...practice, it s another dimension !
