@Daly9898 hmm, I've never been biting my nails but the ways I've heard should help - 1, you can get something to brush on the nails with a bad taste, some thing this helps a lot, others don't care about the taste. 2, you could carry gum at you at all times and chew on that instead :) - I also know some who used to bite toothpicks whenever they felt like biting their nails. other than that I know some who just make sure to do a really pretty manicure ^^ not wanting to mess up the design they stop

@Daly9898 get a manicure and ALWAYS keep your nails painted.. as long as they're painted (especially dark colors that get ruined easily) you wont bite..

hello i love your work. i have a question i have just started working w 3d acrylic nails design and i have notice that it dry very quickly while im still working on my design. is there anything i can do so that i can it wont dry so fast ? thanks and please reply

@cf2cutie when working with acrylic you need to work fast - you can dry dapping in some extra liquid using the brush but I'm not sure if it'll help. There is no time for going back too many times before it sets, some of those who use acrylic adds pure acetone to make it dry even faster :)

i have seen ppl adding 50% acetone and 50% monomer  for the 3d acrylic designs. is that suppose to make dry fast or slower. i have heard ppl saying it suppose to make ir dry faster and some say it dries up slower.. and what brand of monomer do u use?

@cf2cutie it makes it dry faster :) I don't think you can do much to make it sry slower. but with time I'm sure you get use to working faster. All my acrylic supplies are from ebay or bf-beauty - because I only do 3D with it I just want the cheapest supplies I can find

@cf2cutie the one with - it smells strong. but I always sit near an open garden door, if the weather is warm enough I sit outside. The liquid itself contains acetone as well and it litteraly eats the brain so I make sure there's good ventilation

@FluffMachien I don't time it but it doesn't take that long - the thing that takes the longest is to press record and stop record, + making sure that the camera view is okay. I can't get the brush in the way of the camera, would be able to work faster if the camera wasn't there

Wow, girl! You are getting so good with the color acrylic! For some reason, I can't seem to find the brushes you're using. Can you tell me where you got them and what kind they are. Most of the nail brushes I see are still too wide, thick, etc.

@QuerkieGal I have different kinds and the bristles look the same because they're the same size :) just look for an acrylic brush that's pointed, and then the size you want - I prefer #2 and #4

@3TanjaJ3 - Great, thank you. I did order a #4 & #6 before, but after I have used them, they aren't pointed anymore. Not the best quality brushes as they are from China. They have become blunt and rounded. #2's are harder to find. I'll keep looking on Ebay and BF Beauty.
