I'm absolutely sure the user hasn't changed the frame rate to be 30.

It isn't supposed to be this choppy. That's how it looks like when you record in 15 FPS.

well, youtube runs at 11.5 FPS here..

Youtube's HQ and HD videos have higher FPS though

The quality is ok but the framerate is terrible. I have seen clips taken by Sony Ericsson Aino, with higher framrate than this.
