On 1961 birth certificates there were only 3 racial classifications: Caucasian, Negroid, and Mongoloid. Blacks were listed as "Negroes" whether or not they were born in Africa. Barack is Kenyan, Arnold Schwarzenegger is Austrian. Neither is qualified to run for president.
