Who is the sargent and what happened to him?

Can't remember who the Sergent was, but this little video found itself being attached to emails and circulating through all the Military Intelligence computers which (understandably) crashed the server. I think the Sergent was considered for disciplinary action, but all accusations were dropped after they acknowledged that it was a fantastic way to raise morale among the soldiers in Iraq and that it was all done in good humour. He was congratulated for it and made the news. Well done that man!
