Jeff Gordon should have 6 or 7 championships but Nascar decied to help out Jimmie Johnson. Some times i feel like Nascar has become a "Forged" Sport it doesn't seem real anymore except this year has been good new drivers have won and not some old Jimmie Johnson it gets annoying. If he wins the championship again this year nascar is gonna lose a lot of fans

That was his 2006 daytona 500 race car, the orange/red trunk is used for restrictor plate races... That car should have won the 2006 Daytona 500 & all the restrictor plate races that year. He had the best car in pretty much all of them, just had no good luck.

Yeah, but do you find it funny that his average finish was 7th and Jimmy Johnson's was 11th? Think about it, the bast driver didn't win.

On the 27th race of the year, what happened in the first 26 NO LONGER matters. You watched Jimmy johnson TAKE OVER in the last 10 races. And yes, excuses or not, Gordon STILL LOST the 07 championship. Sorry, but I did not set up the race format. ALL drivers know the format in February!!!

All you get out of that is a twelve to ten race burst that no one could handle all year, except for great drivers like Gordan, Yarborough, and Dale Sr. Jimmy wasn't even that constant in the chase.

Rusty Wallace recently spoke of the team is everything. High dollar sponsor, high dollar good parts, Fast durable engines from the engine builder, Crew cheif making good decisions, set up on the car so it will handle, flawless pit work consistantly. EVERYONE of these guys must do their job right everytime. Driver Wallace said is about 10% of what happens with 50 people per team or more!!

We will see how important a team is, as soon as Kyle moves on to Gibbs, cuz it is obveous that Gibbs only puts most of his money into one team.

We don't have to wait or wonder, Its already a fact by proof. A team must JEL well to make a race winner or a Championship winner. Many drivers has stated this regularly.

Besides that, Kyle is having a great season so far. Now maybe that one team is Kyle's team, but you never know. Denny's won a race this year already. Tony hasn't though, he's come close twice though. Jr. should've won by now too. He should've won at Richmond. Jeff should've won a race by now too. The closest he came was at Martinsville. I think he came close at Talladega too.
