  • I can do those for same number of reps but im 6-1 and 200 pounds. I was always slim than i got fat than worked and leaned out. Always easier to add muscle with fat. Bet id kill you on squats though raw im over 500 on a good day

  • @dethmark i workout with one of my friends who's 145 and 5'9 let me tell you that he have a pretty good strenght for his size pressing the 95's with the same form this dude is using, for sure i have seen pretty large but not so strong buddies telling him to take less weight. I laugh at all thoses dumbasses training for size and looking like total weaklings beside the dude who outbenches them being like 20-50 pounds lighter.

Its funny cuz I see these video's on youtube of people who say they weight 140-150lbs doing 100lb dumbell press but in all the years I been tranning I have never seen anyone of that size get any where near 100lb dumbells. Being a bodybuilder myself and many others at my gym and as well as powerlifters if they saw this kid doing 100's for reps they would as you said think he is "A Freak of Nature" Its just hard to belive this stuff when Iv never seen it happen in person.

  • Arc your back a little more, you want the tension to be in your chest not your shoulders. This is how injuries happen.

    Strong lifts though, hell I was way bigger than you when I was lifting 100lb dumbbells. Just to goes to show, bodybuilding is about form, correct diet and yes of course strength.

  • no arching your back is wrong. i think this guy knows what he is doing. if he was lifting 100s at a smaller size than you he obviously knows how to get strong no offense.

  • No man, it's a mistake I made as well. Keeping your back completely flat causes your front deltoids to work too much. Take a look at his form, you can actually see the stress being created on his front delts.

    I use to bench like that and took advice of the more experienced and have developed my chest 3 fold.

    Now don't get me wrong, arcing your lower back can be wrong if done too much. You only arc just slightly to keep 100% of the stress on your chest. I sent you a video to your inbox.

  • The thing is it's just enough to slip a hand underneath. It's not a big arc to "cheat". When your back is totally flat then your shoulders involuntarily are forced to do a lot of the work.

    Anyways, I'm not talking shit or anything like that. I'm not saying he would life more or less. Just personal experience and advice I was given in terms of bodybuilding to fully develop my chest. :)

  • at 155lbs that type of weight is impressive, i'm 220lbs and when i did weigh 155lbs i couldn't handle that weight. Shit everyone has different strength levels i suppose. no need to argue, good lifts if they're true.

    Another thing though, if you guys are getting these lifts how do you remain so little/light, aren't you eating a lot? the guy in this video has little baby arms so i'm amazed he's this strong. My goals are different i suppose, i intend to get as strong and as big as possible.

  • i remember two years a go i was only 164 lb, and 5'8 i was pumping 100 lb dumbells for 3 set of 10 now i do 115 for 3 set of 8 reps and i weight now 178 lb. and for ur weight and height thats very well keep doing brother.
