i was referring to being only able to buy it on a virgin mobile plan, in perth, western australia.
to have it unlocked from the virgin net-work, you have to pay $80, whereas i took mine to a phone booth next to where i bought it, and had it unlocked for $35.
just sold mine red version.overall cool phone. Hard to find. will miss it. getin a samsung star

you are buying the phone, *not* the seller.
just remember that you can take the phone to get it unlocked to anyone who will do it cheaper, you don't have too be ripped off by virgin.

AAAAAHHHHHH i jst got the allphones magazine and its only $180aus :| thats heaps cheap. but its only on virgin mobile and doesnt have 3g.
