  • I want to learn Hebrew! I do not have any religion (but I believe in ONE GOD), but I am thinking of choosing Judaism, but I'm scared because of the changes I'd have to make.

  • @AndyMKordo You can become a Noahide. Look it up. Then you can either remain there or you can eventually convert to Judaism but it will take you a long time to convert. Noahides need only follow the Noahide commandments to have a place in the world to come.

  • @mrswinniepinnie I just discovered that my maternal grandmother was born Jewish. A local Rabbi helped me with finding family documents. So I am Jewish. The only problem is that I need to learn about Judaism, because I was raised in an agnostic (and sometimes Christian) environment so I don't know anything about it. Anyways, thank you for the answer.

  • love Israel.. Peace in Israel.. God be with you..

  • todella kauniita nämä hebrealaiset laulut!!!!!

  • This brings tears of happiness to my eyes every time I watch this, the people in Israel just want to be left alone, to praise God, be happy and have fun. Shame they are surrounded by other Countries that want to spoil this! Great song by the way.

  • @MinkeySimon It is a shame that such people like you who don't understand what it is going there in the region make such comments. I am not against Jews, but I am against Israel and Zionists. What do you expect? Taking a land from its own people and you want these countries to salute them? Please read history and geography.

  • @Mairoable I was under the impression the GOD gave them the land of Israel, at least that's what is says in the Bible which I follow along with millions of other Christians! SO it must have happened a very long time ago. Israel was GOD's chosen people which is why he sent HIS SON Jesus there, GOD in the flesh. Like it or not, that is what happened, sorry!

  • @MinkeySimon I am sorry, but you should read more about it because what you are saying is not true. The theory of Israel's land was created in the last 100 years. To fool many Christians that this is the truth. They put that in the Bible so many will blindly follow it and won't even dare to question. Look at the old testaments and show me one proof that Israel had a land.

  • @Mairoable sorry for you because the quran that you are believing in is from mohammad who is a fake prophet.. its sad that many arabs was believing in mohammad that never accept Jesus as a prophet. you say fool Christian well is that the quran teaches you? study your quran much then tell us what good about your quran. coz God don't look religion or nation He's looking us fairly. and He will gather those who believe in Jesus Christ coz Christ is the only way, the truth and the savior..

  • @abierhy Hello, I really appreciate your comments, but I guess there is a misunderstanding needs to be clarified. I didn't could any Christian nor Jew a fool. I said, many have changed the teaching of the Bible from the real one so it matches their political desires and made the people believe in the lies they made. That's what I mean by fooling the Christians or maybe I shell say it in another war "Deceive" them. So far I read Quran and found it the most logical teaching I have ever seen.

  • @Mairoable Mohammed claimed to be a biblical prophet, following in the line of Moses, etc. But if you read G-d's revelation to Moses, then you would know that Mohammed knew nothing.

  • @mrswinniepinnie I am sorry, but rather than laughing and making fun of yourself, I think it is better if you show a stronger claim. I got back to you with exact dates and detailed information from multiple resources and non of them were Muslims. So as you don't believe in Quran and its lies, I don't believe in your fake Torah. I can keep going on and on with you, but you just make yourself look lame with your nonsense ignorant comments with all do respect.

  • @abierhy I am sure that you referring to some false facts that some advertise, that it has violence teaching and asks for killing or torture non Muslims etc.

The other thing that made me sure that you are not aware of Islam or Quran, who said that I don't believe in Jesus? Every Muslim has to believe in Jesus and Moses and all other prophets that God sent to us. The only different that you and I that I don't believe in Jesus as a God nor son of God.

  • @abierhy I believe in Jesus that he was human been, true that he did a lot of , but that doesn't make him God, Moses did miracles too, does that mean he is god too? I believe in real Bible and Torah, the ones from the time of Jesus and Moses, before they have been changed. Again, I represent myself. And I believe in true Christianity and Judaism as I believe in Islam. But I am against who uses religion even if he/she was a Muslim to take people's rights and not treat them fairly.

  • @abierhy If Christ is the truth and the way how come David and others in the 'OT' had a direct relationship with G-d our Father?

  • @mrswinniepinnie can i ask what is your belief? about Jesus Christ?

  • @Mairoable lol. The Hebrew SCriptures contain countless proofs and references to their ownership of the land.

  • @MinkeySimon There are many Jews who don't live in Israel don't believe with that theory. But let us leave this for a moment. Let us assume that what you said is true that Jews really lived in this area thousand of years ago. Does that give them the right to go there and wipe the Palestinians (Muslims and Christians) and take their lands?

  • @MinkeySimon If you live in a house and some one comes to you and kick you out of it because his/her ancestors lived there "thousands" of years ago, would you be happy for it? If that OK, then people who have ancestors in Europe thousands years ago will have the right to kick the land that people live in these days. Come on, if you really true Christian you will be smarter than that, sorry!

  • @Mairoable The only continuous presence in Israel has been that of the Jews. Most of the 'palestinians' are Arabs who came there looking for work after the Jews began to develop it in the 19th century. Even Arafat was Egyptian and even he admitted the palestinians do not exist as a people. Those palestinians who are not ARabs are actually Jews who were converted to Islam by the sword in the last few hundred years.

  • @mrswinniepinnie No Mrs, you have no idea about the history of the region. This region was been in continues presence way before Jews arrivals. Here is a breaf highlights:

Proto-Canaanite period 1.5 million years ago till Middle Bronze Age (2200–1500 BCE)

    New Kingdom Egyptian 1550-1400 BCE

Persian (Achaemenid) Empire till 350 BCE

Hellenic Kingdoms (Ptolemaic / Seleucid / Hasmonean) period 320-63 BCE

Roman Iudaea period 63 BCE-106 CE

Roman Syria Palaestina period 132-272 CE

  • @Mairoable You forgot to mention the Israelite Period since 1200-586BC, and Also mixed things together. The Hasmonean period as you put inside the "Helenic Period" time was a Jewish Kingdom in the land of Israel which reigned from 167-37BC. Now staight afterwards was the Roman occupation in which Cesar Adrian renamed the land after an extinct nation in order to delete everything related to jews and called it "Syrian-Palestine Province": Palestina Prima & Palestina Secunda. Just for your knowlage

  • @LLBGrwy12 Thank you for correcting me. I didn't mean to ignore the existence of them or any others. But as you can see, the region wasn't only developed under people of Israel. What about "Proto-Canaanite period" If we want to take it by who came first, they can come and ask for people to leave because they were there before, right?

  • Comment removed

  • @LLBGrwy12 No I didn't say that this land belongs solely to Muslim or Arabs, show me where I said so. I said this land was the land of all these nations thousands of years ago and they all share it either under war or peace. But there is no right to come after about 3000 years and kick the people who today live in it because your ancestor live there. Arabs and Jews were living together in this area together until 1948 when British gave a land it doesn't own to people don't deserve it.

  • @Mairoable Actually it doesnt matter if a nation didnt sit here for 1 year or 5000yrs. If they sat here before then they have the rights. Let me make this simple: Think about a family leaving for a couple of yrs abroad, in the meantime some families saw the house was empty and sat there, Once the original family came back voilla, they see someone live in their home who now claim its theirs. Same story here- Thats why the International community gave this land to people who DO deserve it. Simple.

  • @LLBGrwy12 I am so happy that you gave the example of the family. You really made it so simple. Now it is true f this family was away for a "couple of years" as you said. But, we are talking about 3000 years! Do you know what this mean? The whole world will be into wars because every people lived in a region thousands of years ago will now come to it and kick the people who live in it out.

  • @LLBGrwy12 Besides, Arabs were there in the same region at the same time because as I said before they descend from the same father Ibraham. Be realistic, Jews and Arabs lived there for centuries together till the unfair deal in 1948. The Zionists who took this land with no right don't deserve it. and trust me, as they took it with force, they will lose it soon with force.

  • Comment removed

  • @LLBGrwy12 That's why I gave an example of Proto_Canaanate". But it is funny when you said if they excist it will be a different story. Are you saying that they have the right to kick the Israeli out of the land because they lived there before? The other misconception you have, there is a different between Arabs (race) and Muslims(religion). Arabs excited at the same time Jewish did as they both came from the same ancestor Abraham who had Isaac (father of Jews) and Ismael (father of Arabs)

  • @mrswinniepinnie Late Roman Empire period 306-636 CE

Rashidun, Umayyad and Abbasid Caliphates period 638-968 CE

    Fatimid Caliphate period 969-1095 CE

Kingdom of Jerusalem (Crusaders) period 1099-1187 CE

Ayyubid, Mamluk Bahri and Mamluk Burji period 1187-1516 CE

    Early Ottoman period 1516-1799 CE

Decline of the Ottoman Empire period 1832-1916 CE

    British Mandate period 1916-1928 CE

  • @mrswinniepinnie I am not making up these information, you can find them in any history book. So Mrs. as you can see, the region was always under wars/developments even before Jews exist. So the successors of Romans, Canaanites, Old Egyptians also can come today and have the right to kick all the Jews out of this land because they were there before them, right?

  • @mrswinniepinnie Last thing. Another mistaken fact you mentioned. "Arabs who were in Jews and became Muslims under sword". This is not true. When Omar Bin Khatab liberated Al aqsa from Byzantines he gave the people peace and all rights to stay in thier religions and keep worshiping what they worshiped before.

  • @Mairoable Muslim lies. Your history is one of merciless bloodshed.

  • @mrswinniepinnie lol, the truth is harsh, right? As I said, this is not something I made up, you can find this in any history book written by non-Muslim.

  • @Mairoable you are just basing your belief in history book. my God help this man see the truth.. How Happy to be with Jesus Christ just accept Him and you will experience the life that never had happen before. its sad to know that only muslim are the great religion for you. coz as i said we are all fair in God He is just waiting for us to accept Him. I hope you know that..

  • @Mairoable do you know why its all happening in Israel its because it was already written and Jesus Christ already know it that Israel will never have peace because Jesus know that many many people still don't know the truth. all that happening in the world was only the beginning. that is why while your still alive you must know Jesus Christ. He's the only one who can save you.. no one can damage Israel even those big arabs country cant beat Israel. coz Israel is the apple of the eyes of God.

  • @Mairoable It is you who needs to read history and geography. The Palestinians are an invented people. The land of Israel has never been theirs. Even Yassar Arafat admitted this publicly. Educate yourself and stand with truth instead of ignorance and lies.

  • This song gives me goose bumps; it feeds my soul. This song completes me; it leaves me feeling whole.

  • The melody is not "traditional" and should be properly attributed. The well-known melody for shalom aleichem was composed by the American Rabbi Israel Goldfarb on May 10, 1918 while sitting near the Alma Mater statue in front of Low Memorial Library at Columbia University. Goldfarb's work is often presumed to be a traditional Hasidic melody.

  • אומרים מלאכי השרת ולא מלאכי השלום....

  • Jesuschrist loves u but as He said" unless u believe that I'AM "u shall die in your sins.

  • @neftali465 Keep your Bible-pushing Christian crap off of Jewish pages, please.

  • @neftali465 On the cross he knew that he failed.

  • @neftali465

    here's something about your jesus:

jesus eats the vomit of a legion of pigs, all of them were baptised and therefore are catholic pigs.

you can choose to be one of them if you like but do it in the comfort of your own stupidety, away from us cause we simply don't give two shits about you and your jesus.

actually, yeshua ben yosef was jweish so we can say bless hes memory, what I wrote above was referring to your version of jesus so fuck off.

  • @Israellite1 Well put, could have been a little less insulting, but you're right- the way Catholocism, and Christianity in general, portrays Yeshua is insulting. They care WAY too much about His death and skip over what he taught!

If you read the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, we can all see he successfully taught the inner application of the Torah (which is the TRUE basis of the brit chadashah).

  • @OneCrayGuy89 Do not confuse Christianity with Roman Catholicism. R.C. has killed many Jews and untold millions of Christians. Jesus says He fulfills the law so Christian should teach all he taught but His death is the most important thing because in it He takes away sin. Is.53:12 "I will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul to death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, ."

  • @neilcadman Yes, but Christianity, like Catholicism, has adopted many pagan traditions, and have denounced observing the Torah. The believe the Torah isn't in agreement with the new covenant, however, this is what Jeremiah says of the new covenant, "'But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,' declares the LORD, 'I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.'" -Jeremiah 31:33

  • @OneCrayGuy89 The standard of theological teaching in Christian theological schools is appalling and yes on the whole they do not correctly teach the role of the law, nor do they see Jesus in the light of the Mosaic sacrifices which He essentially replaces. Jesus obsoletes the Mosaic ceremonial law but he does not do away with the moral law. Paul says we are to uphold the law and God forbid that we should break it.. It is a bad teacher who never teaches from the OT both tOT & NT must be taught.

  • Comment removed

  • @neilcadman An example of my ceremonial thought is written in Hebrews 10:1-4, where it states that the annual sacrifice does not atone for the breaking of mitzvot, but instead is a reflection of the sacrifice made by Moshiach. It serves as a reminder. Sure, sacrifices aren't practiced today, as there is no temple in Jerusalem, but if the temple stood in Jerusalem, we would still make sacrifices as a reflection of G-d's grace.

  • @Israellite1 Jesus says, "The mouth speaks what the heart is full of." Lu 6:45

  • @neilcadman He also said this about the Torah and following a rabbinic/Pharasaic form of Judaism "The scribes and the Pharisees have seated themselves in the chair of Moses; therefore all that they tell you, do and observe, but do not do according to their deeds; for they say things and do not do them." -Matthew 23:2-3

Note, he DID call the hypocrites, however he told us to obey- Christianity teaches not to obey the Law. How many revere Sunday over the Sabbath? Or Christmas over Passover?

  • @OneCrayGuy89 Jesus said the essence of the Law is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all ypur strength and to love your neighbour as yourself. Jesus can only be referring to the moral law in this case as the ceremonial law has nothing to do with loving your neighbour. Moreover the ceremonial law pictures Christ or prophesies of Him in allegory, therefore it has passed away, especially the killing of animals to take away sin.

  • @OneCrayGuy89 Christianity does not teach disobedience to the Law but many Christians ignoranty do. The English speaking people are in deep trouble for this reason. The Jews are also in deep trouble because God returned them to their land but they have not repented and acknowledged their Messiah. They will for“...blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.” Rom 11:25 Christmas and Easter are pagan. A Sunday Sabbath honours Christ rising from the dead.

  • @neilcadman I get the "honor" part, but it's down right stupid to change the Sabbath. HaShem specifically said the seventh day, not the first... I can understand revering Yeshua's rise from the grave, but to permanently change the holy Sabbath? That's ridiculous. He never said to change the Sabbath, and when he said "do this in remembrance of me," he was referring to Pesach, not Sunday, not "do this once a month in church."

  • @OneCrayGuy89 “God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.” Gen 2:3 Now consider, “So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.” Heb 3:11 “For we who have believed do enter into rest, Heb 4:3” When was “my rest”? On what day did Jesus enter into his rest.? Which rest is more important the eternal rest ofr the 7th day rest? Should we honour the day He entered into his eternal rest or a day that ends.

  • @neilcadman First off, just because we believe does not mean we can violate his commands.

"Do we then nullify the Law through faith? May it never be! On the contrary, we establish the Law." -Romans 3:31

Secondly, your passage from Hebrews refers to those who wandered in the desert. That generation died.

Now, consider this: "You shall work six days, but on the seventh day you shall rest; even during plowing time and harvest you shall rest." -Exodus 34:21

That's the Law, it's on the seventh day.

  • @OneCrayGuy89 -- Really great comments! I enjoyed reading through them, you are very mature in your understanding of Torah and how it applies to New Covenant believers. Unfortunately as you say many Christians mistakenly teach that it was completely done away with! They misinterpret "I have come to fulfill the Law" to mean it was done away with instead of interpreting it in its rabbinical context in which case it means "I have come to rightly interpret the Torah".

  • @rasero27 Glad someone else understands :)

  • @neilcadman , OneCrayGuy89 makes a lot of excellent points. Don't take Scriptures out of their context. They are full of both condemnation of Israel and usually followed up by grace for Israel. God never did away with the eternal Sabbath; Constantine officially changed it, not God. One of his motives was to distance Christianity from Judaism, unfortunately. Don't call evil that which God has made Sacred (the Torah). He only condemned us exalting traditions over true love for Him. I

  • @neilcadman, also, the Scriptures are full of references to the Sabbath being an eternal covenant. It's a wonderful blessing to observe it, you should try it sometime. God's sacred Law (Torah, Instruction) is the foundation for the rest of Scripture, including the New Covenant. You can't fully understand the New without understanding the Old in its original, historical context. This video portrays love for HaShem infused with an ancient, biblical practice. It is truly pleasing to Him.

  • @neilcadman And he was Jewish, he upheld Jewish traditions but said not to place them above the Torah. He taught the inner application of the Torah, that's what the "New Covenant" is about. Christians don't get it. They concentrate way too much on how he died, and his death, as opposed to his important teachings. He took the concept of adultery and placed it within our hearts saying "even if a man looks at a woman in lust, he has committed adultery in his heart."

  • @neilcadman That's what the New Covenant truly means, it's the inner application of the Torah. And yes, Christians teach that we no longer have to follow the Law (except tithes, of course). I know this, as I grew up in a Christian household and went to a Christian school from kindergarted through my junior year in high school. That's what's taught. I've got some HUGE quarrels with what is taught in churches. Obedience to the Torah is not "falling from grace" as many Christians believe.

  • @neilcadman I've actually talked to several pastors about this, all but one said that you can follow the Law and still be saved. That is, after I convinced him with scripture. One can be saved by faith and the grace Adonai and still be shomer Torah, the two concepts do not conflict. I'm not saying that's what you said, I'm just giving examples of what I've been taught. Sorry for all the replies, gotta love YouTube limiting characters. I would have messaged you but I didn't think I'd type so much
