3:14 look at his hand, in three seconds more or less he is going to make eye contact and move his hand lower. He then tries to go back to the book to point at the pre-selected sentence, but too late, so he makes eye contact once more and says "You can still change your mind", then goes back to the book and moves his finger to the right sentence, and only then he moves his hand to let the person read it.

A well executed magic trick, that's all. Just look at his hand at all times.

Beat me to it titan. The fact of the matter is that he is a very good magician. People seem to think it's possible to be slightly paranormal staying in the realsm of reality...they call it spiritual teaching. These people make Uri look silly because they're doing the same tricks as him but not attributing it to supernatural powers.
