take a look at any of the videos on youtube about the WMG. They will sometimes have a little paragraph in the description which, if instructions are followed, will allow you to use the music you want.

The suggest was a good one, but from experience, you lose audio quality on the video by changing the wave format of the audio so that the checking software cant recognize it.

What I don't get is that UMG (United Music Group) simply said, "look, we'll put some ads up, but you can keep your video intact." and I was fine with that, but WMG, they've gone so far overboard it's insane! They removed a bunch of audio from many of my videos, including MY WEDDING VIDEO!?!

I mean, is it really so hard for WMG and YouTube to come to some sort of advert agreement? I don't mind ads as long as you stop chopping out my audio!

Yeah, I get that, and I don't reupload for just that reason; however, my point is that there needs to be a compromise between the parties here. The rules need to be tweaked a bit. I fail to see how my comment saying that some sort of advert agreement wouldn't be amiss isn't following the rules.
