Hey Mat , Mark here good info. was just going to tell you since i seen you at Christmas i started dieting on the 28 of Dec. today was a new low i have lose 30.5 lbs [O YES] from 186 to 155.5 ok enought about be ! Great job on the videos keep it up see you later.
lost about 10-12 before the holidays and got slack. starting back. thanx for the vid. great inspiration. i've been doing the lower carb(bad carb)thing and eatin more meals and just doing some exercise to get my metabolism going. i agree w/ everything you said too. it's a way of life not a diet. and yes the water thing is important. i drink tons of it. every now and then i'll "reward" myself w/ a burger and fries. i mostly eat fairly healthy stuff but just cut back on portions and flush w water
