Hi, great video - I'm really sorry about Cali, its so hard to lose a cat, its like losing a part of yourself with them...
I'm looking into switching our cats over to the raw diet, particually my oldest Camille, we gave her a lambs kidney the other day and she loved it! Just wondering, did you have to incorporate it slowly into their diet or switch them to it right away?
@ravxn1 Thank you... A lot of people do it slowly especially if they have NEVER had raw meat. My babies go in and outside and my cats ESPECIALLY Cali had always been a hunter. She would bring mice and rabbits home to the door step and when I would hand it back to her she would eat them. All my animals have caught prey animals naturally and have eaten them so they where basically used to it by the time I made it an everyday diet. If yours aren't like that I would gradually introduce it.
@ravxn1 Just to make sure they are not allergic to anything. I found out Lucy my black lab/pit mix was allergic to chicken. She would break out with hotspots. I dont give her chicken anymore and she never broke out again. Gradually introducing will just let you know how they will take it physically. Will it upset their tummy? Will they even want it? I have found more times then once that cats normally take faster to it then dogs. But it varies on the pet themselves.
OMG, im so sorry to hear about Cali, i really feel for you - my cats are like family too.
Lucy is adorable, you've got a good bunch there to help you through.
I've 50/50 raw fed my cats for a year now and they are still fussy. My long haired boy cat only likes chicken and beef heart and my girl cat doesnt like bones, any advice to get the girl cat eating bones?
@daisyifraisy Thank you. The best thing I can tell you is too ground the bones up in a grinder or food processor. If they wont eat them whole then it is very hard to make a cat do it. lol there hard headed creatures. If there small enough then they wont notice it. Grind up the whole piece of meat if you have to. Remember there really isnt a wrong way to feed it to them. As long as the food is the same. Then whatever works =) Let me know if you ever have anymore questions.

RIP CALI. Cali was the calico cat on the grill. I have had her for over 10 years and she was attacked by a dog 2 days ago...=( That really hurt....
