Actually, when I was shining it on the ground from the hotel room, quite a few people started chasing it randomly; unless their friends told them to do it, I didn't ask them to ^^

The second half of the video, I was with them on the ground floor, so they knew who I was, but they all voluntarily chased it...you'd get a good idea of how crazy people can be at anime conventions :)
