when u build tis tower, did u ever concern about the disaster such as tornado, storm, extreme hot weather? and the location of tower - face east? south? north? west? where's the wind come from? how deep is your foundation....if you can solve these problems, u can be qualified to build such a high tower.

And also, read the description. It may be impossible to build because there's no base but he did this for fun.

The third tower is called Al Burj and should be a little more than 1000 meters high. As I know, it's still in its planning phase, but I'm not sure about that. Maybe they've already startet to build that monster..
