This router with built in modem is appalling, the stand is very badly made and it will lean badly when cabled up, its built very cheaply, also on some ADSL lines it will not reconnect if it drops sync, the Netgear forums have a section for issues with this device.It does not work well with the PS3 either. I would have chosen just a modem, not a wifi router/modem you would need to bridge, and have got the WNDR4500 which has a much better range and is a N750 router.

Its got built in router but mine isnt that good when i go upstairs will the router help and can u give a tut on how to ise dual band and the 5ghz

hey nice review but how good is the range of the router i mean i live in a villa n my router is my room on the 1st floor will the wireless signal reach my hall at connectivity range excellent???

@crysis3008 It will if you have a good WIFI card in your laptop. If you are just looking for a better wireless range i suggest you go with the WNDR4000.

@ITheZeeRI actually my ps3 is in my hall so some times it disconnects with my current router(WAG200G)

i dnt know anything about my ps3`s network .so have u tested this product from far distance ??

@hereistand2008 the one on the left is the modem which has RJ11 port to connect you to the Internet, the one on the right is just a router which will be connected to any modem to have more RJ45 ports and better wireless coverage.

Just buy the router

@mac000sa السلام عليكم... أخي الفاضل كلامك مردود عليه،،، كيف علينا حركات يالعرب ؟! ليش الأخ بنقالي وأنا ما أدري ؟ أنا أتكلم بالانجليزي لأن الجهاز لو فريت اليوتيوب كله مالبتلاقي مقاطع له وكل المقاطع الموجوده عباره عن صوره للجهاز مع موسيقى (سبام) لذلك حبيت يستفيد الكل من الفيديو، وزي ما قال الأخ عصقول على قولتك ههههه من الي قص عليك وقالك أنا موجه الفيديو للبوابة الرقمية ؟ وأدري أن الأخ عصقول زودها وأهانك ولكن من حقه الكائني أن يعبر كما يشاء، فهو كائن كريم بالنهاية له حقوق سلبت منه بالبوابة حقتك !
