The first time i saw this movie we are riding in a bus with my wife and its true that this movie was very romantic we even buy an original copy of this movie shall we dance it is the story of a very faithful husband to his wife.

This scene takes place in a very old department store in downtown Winnipeg called "The Bay".
It is part of the Hudson's Bay company and quite a number of scenes in Shall We Dance were done at locations in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada.
To be honest I always liked this scene, perhaps because the music is soft, the location familiar and they didn't make it too over-the-top.
