Hey I got my first AG doll today and I got JLY #30 she has black brown hair and it's layered and I was playing with her hair and I saw little pieces of hair right above the layers and her hair has this powder in only one spot on her head and I notices it right when I got her out of the box.please help!

I did this, and the hair that was in the braid, wasn't longer than the other hair, oh well. Mine worked well, and all i did was get it soaking wet and put tons of books on it.

@TaisAndNailah Well flat Ironing is really bad!! the dolls hair is fine plastic and it will burn if heat applies. Hope this helps:)
