And, yes, Zarf/Zoe may get reassignment surgery to appear more womanly. "She" is already taking the hormone estrogen to do so.
Jeffrey Carlson is an amazing actor. I love Zoe/Zarf too. I like Maggie but when you make the choice to cheat sometimes you don't get a second chance. I don't think Zoe would ever hurt Bianca like that.

Um, this show has a history of treating Bianca's lesbianism horribly. They have never given her an on-screen sex life, they raped her, and then they made her fall in love with someone who dressed and talked like a man, but claimed to be a woman. It has nothing to do with transgenderism, it has everything to do with it being par for the course of treating Bianca poorly.
If Zoe is a woman, why didn't any straight men fall for Zoe? Oh, that's right, because they wanted the lesbian to be on-screen with a character played by a MAN. None of the men on the show got a sense of Zoe's inner woman, but of course Bianca the lesbian did. So transparent. So offensive.
