@LinkinBoyTV It's built in. You can find it in the setup application, where you set your resolution and whether you want it to be night or day during gameplay.

Console limitations, I guess. They could have made a split-screen mode or something, but you really need to have the maximum field of vision to play properly.

I never liked the console versions of GTA games. Well, except for GTA IV on the XBOX 360 (due to the controller), but yea, I know what you mean. The netcode in GTA2 is quite buggy, so it's mostly a LAN game, I'd say.

Actually, no one played multiplayer for GTA2 so they stopped supporting it. There is no Multiplayer for GTA2 anymore.
