  • You can get resistance bands from sports stores or walmart.

  • where did you get the resistance band

  • on the two step shuffle i think you should keep the plant foot closer to the center of your body just outside your shoulders. This will allow you to change direction quicker in an actual sport. Other than that, good stuff!
