Anyone with knowledge of few elementary books on history of Anatolia knows well, over 90% of native blood is Indo-European Blood of Iranian or Helenic origin. The history of Turk starts with Saljuqis running away after losing against other turks in Central Asia and this happens after they already adapted to Persian culture themselves. Read POEMS by your first and second Ottoman Kaliphes or even later.
