@aliyuddin1 , In this video it's not building anything specific, this was just a small attempt to build a small construction using bricks of various types to see if things were working as it should. You should look at the later video's to see it build a real model.
@legogirl1999, All in all to build and program this version of my factory it took me about half a year. But before that there was a period of about 1,5 years of experimenting in order to eventually get to this end result.
@Dominoe11112 , as I have written below, the bricks are picked up by a 1x1 round brick. As they have a hole in their stud it is possible to create a mechanism that is capable of pushing a little rod through that hole in order to push the element out of the 1x1 round brick. It's a complex mechanism in regards to getting this functionality in very little space, although the mechanic itself isn't that complex. I reckon theirs an aerial part inside the yellow cylinder part that places the bricks, pushing down on the studs.

@TheGreatSteve, the parts are released by a little mechanism that pushes the studs out of the yellow brick attached underneath the arm :)
