@MarlanGero Well, for starters, hes playing on a 21 fret Strat, and this solo really requires a 24 fret guitar to play it "note-for-note". So, this guy improvises and gets the notes in different ways... which is awesome. I am NOT saying its bad in ANY way. Secondly, this guy, for whatever reason, plays a few notes using natural harmonics, and its not the way it was recorded. Again, it sounds great, maybe even better, but its not "note-for-note". There are other differences, but I'm out of space.

But isn't that just adding to the beauty of it man... despite all the limitations, he din't make it sound something else like most people do..... but played it NOTE-FOR-NOTE.... the way its supposed to be.....Thats no second grade guitarist there man!

I think you guys were a bit harsh to typedeaf though, he wasn't having a go at the player, he just said he didn't play it 100% note for note.

1:06 in he plays a harmonic which CC doesn't in the recorded version and as you said he used slides to compensate for no whammy bar, which is actually harder to do. Top video.

hey bro that's a good catch, that was 17th fret B string, i played on it with pinch harmonic to reach the original note since mine is fender strat with 22 fret length, u can hear the same at 1:07 as well. Mr.CC Deville has played without using pinch Technique on 24 fret length neck at both times. i hope this will help. thanks a ton for watching... keep spreading the good music and discourage the crap muSick !!! keep rocking !
