All police are not bad of course, some of them, despite all institutionalization, don't lose their character. But it is the institution itself that is bad. Statism, centralisation, hierarchy, control and power over people is bad. Police is the means of state terror. "Legitimate" violence. Sure there are cops who won't advocate that violence in the institution, but it doesn't justify the whole system.

The problem is how often cops lie. You may not believe it, but most of them do. Even the good ones. The problem is they think they are doing it for the right reasons. I have watched cops lie in court. Often only exagerations or what they consider little white lies. I have seen it convict the innocent.
The cops need to be held accountable. They are becoming a shame.

The people always have the right to film the police in action. The police have no rights to privacy while they are on duty. They give that up when they become a public servant.

The thing about fucking the entirety of the police versus filming the entirety of the police is that the latter would uproot from the conglomerate the guilty portion. The former, as Sage coincidentally said, would be unnecessary as not all police officers are horrendous. The concept of police is noble, which makes brutality coming from the group that much more calamitous.
