you could compact every little tiny bit of USEFUL information from these videos into a few seconds worth of clip. Seriously, If yyou find these video's informative you must have no capacity to teach yourrself anything (assuming you have at some point used a bike in your life).

JUST GO AND RIDE AND YOU WILL LEARN. These guys have WAY to much time on there hands.

@sdeezy8 neither does mine, but he spends 2 or so minutes talking about obvious stuff and then misses out on the full technique of changing gear in a hill like that from something which someone might be in (2nd on the front and maybe 3 on the back) and having to change down to first in both, if you did that on that hill by just changing down you would have a very messy gear change, also going up that hill has more to do with your gear ratio than technique.
