  • No guilt mate, you were able to make a living and sometimes you have to be clever like that

  • Pretty much...

  • ...also ..wow - thought I was already subbed here?? weird! O well - I am now! :)

  • You were probably subbed to the main channel :)

  • wow!! shitaki you have to deal with! sometimes I forget how hard working with public folk is!

quite unreal! I'm just happy with my Sentra! That's all I have ever owned (starting with a 78 Datsun for my 1st car... you knew you were speeding when the paint chips started flying off! Also complete with a hole in the floorboard for trash when done.) Of course that was before I was so environment concious!! Pssh! :P

  • My first car was a '70 Monte Carlo... Sixteen or seventeen cars later I'm driving a '93 New Yorker... I have never owned an import. Most of them were V8s, but I'm down to V6s as of a few years ago just because they cost less to run.

  • Haha i like your description of the new car, but hey as long as its easy on fuel and keeps you warm, thats a bonus for sure!

Hope you have a good night tonight and trade is good!

  • The rest of the night after shooting this video turned out very well, and the heater worked just fine... The fuel bill was nice and small too! I was beginning to loathe going to work because of that stupid van, but now I don't hate my job quite so much anymore.

  • Andy I am sorry to hear you are driving a toaster ovan does does not get any heat! lol Sorry

it just made me laugh. I always wondered what those cars were like. I am hearing that gas will be up to $ 5.00 A GALLON this summer so getting that gas millage would be nice to have.

My Corvette is not bad, its gets about 26 per gallon. Sometimes I think I would like a car like that to save money on gas. I block texts from my phone, I have no use for that. I am glad to hear you had a really good night!

  • I only realized about the toaster oven with no heat when I read this comment. Sometimes I don't realize all the implications of what I'm saying LOL

Our gas is DOWN to about $5 a gallon, for which I am thankful. The Prius is like a fast golf cart, and not at all like driving a real car like a Corvette...

If you don't drive far or a lot, the extra expense of getting another car is not worth it!

  • @fehquig Down to $5.00 wow, that is really high compared to Texas. ..

  • toaster oven......haha. thanks for the vid.

  • My pleasure!

  • Ugh.

  • All is good now, but I still don't like the jumpy traction control system that they install on those Prii...

  • OH NO, a lazy tranny will mess up your night every time! LOL

No guilt in your game, the owner made the trade.

I blocked all texts from my cell, I hate those things!

YAY for having a good night, Im hoping for a couple of those myself this week.

No heat? How odd for a new car.

Hope ours is better than everyone elses:-)

  • LMAO That was the first lazy tranny I encountered in a long time!

The night of this video turned out very well in the end!

The Prius is a used 2007 with 67,000 miles on it. They come a lot cheaper than brand new ones... Compared to what it will be two or three years from now it's a new car for all intents and purposes :)

  • well some nights have to be good even if just to prove the law of averages... James Bay, now that would be quite a fare... of course the other one !

  • James bay was a $13 ride from Tim Horton's... I don't even know if there are any year-round roads going to the other James Bay... I will need to check my road atlas.

  • They put most anything on wheels, so why not a toaster oven? 8D

  • A microwave would be faster :)

  • Nice when it works out.

  • Later on that shift worked out beautifully!

  • I hope the Prius proves profitable for you Andy. Not having to deal with the sliding doors on the van is good. The van is probably a more comfortable ride though. Hope you had a good night. Hugs!

  • It's true, the Prius is a buckboard but not having those sliding doors more than makes up for the drop in ride comfort!
