hells yeah bro, quitting sucks so bad. I've haven't smoked in a year and a half and I'm still chewing the nic gum. I should stop that too but i figure the gum is better than running to the gas station for that pack as I've done countless times before. be strong but if u feel like ur gonna flip, i recommend trying the gum. it kills the crazy crave almost immediatly. and ur hands don't reak from them. good luck bro!
