warhammer online has a "endless" free trial. Pretty much that means you can play to level 10 and no mail or AH. But you play for a long as you want, no 14 day limit or anything like that.

you missed it. The macro is already in the game, along with auto heal. You can camp prime spots for a week straight. Then maintenance will boot you out.
