  • Thanks for the video. I am unable to do this, however, because my jaw is in too much pain and I believe this to be far too taxing on my TMJ at this time. I think it would help, however, for those who are early in TMJ issues or to avoid these issues all together.

    BTW, like the thumbnail for your video. Looks like you are choking yourself - LOL :D Thought it would be funny to mention that.

  • what had happened if I cannot fully opened my mouth?Do I have a jaw dislocation? It's stuck but it's not hurt at all. just having trouble to eat and brush my teeth.

  • I have had a problem with my right jaw since I had gotten hooked real good for the first time while boxing and I feel results through this stretch exercise. Almost made me want to quit boxing cause I didn't want my jaw to get worse if I got hit again!

    I was wondering if the jaw stretch should only be done with the right hand?

    Also, I had an accident a few years ago and I still feel tightness in my jaw. Your stretch is really helping me,, I was wondering how many times a day you suggest I do this?

    I can't do the weight lifting with the jaw.. but the stretch is working for me. Is there anything you suggest I can do in addition to this stretch as the weight lifting is too much for me?

  • Yeah it works big time... I was playing soccer and had to be running 5 or so miles per hour against someone running the same... his head flew right into my lip, shattered my lip, but nothing wrong with my jaw even though my jaw was in a relaxed position on collision... he had a pretty bad laceration to the forehead though.

  • Wass up Josh, All the videos you posted are helping me out alot. I would like to request a neck exercise because this is like the final phase of anyone's facial appearance. I also notice that when my neck is already fatter then my cheeks, it makes it hard for me to actually see any jawlines.

    For the neck exercise, I could only think of the cardio exercise. So if you know there are something better,Help me and everyone else, thanks man I've been wondering for sometime now.

  • It does work. I strted stretching after a while of doing the exercise and the muscles feel bigger and more even when compared to no stretching.
