Hmmmm...this is actually really interesting, although I have a few questions. You said you wanted a resume and a demo. What do you want on the resume? Also...what's a demo? Last, do Magil and Esmeld HAVE to have British accents? As you can probably guess, I want to try to audition for those parts.

@Klaw117 Resume: previous voice acting experience, if any, so I know what kind of projects you've been in the past. Demo: a voice demo, preferably character, which displays your vocal and emotional range. As for the accents, they are highly recommended but not really required (whereas the French accent is REQUIRED for Pollon). Esmeld speaks incredibly posh and when I read his lines I can hear a posh English accent. Magil also speaks incredibly formal.

@AderuMoro Still slightly confused on the demo. You said "preferably character." You mean you want me to try to do the voice of a character from Radical Dreamers or can I just do the voice of anyone who I think is will show my vocal abilities accurately, like say Zell Dincht from FF8? Since you said highly recommended for the accents, I might audition for Gange instead.

@Klaw117 Sorry, "character demo" is just to differentiate from a narrative or commercial demo. Doing a character demo would be the same as using the lines for this project to audition. You don't NEED a demo, I just prefer it to see your range. You will have to use the provided lines for the audition, though.

But for a demo, yeah you can do lines for anybody, like Zell, or you can make up your own.

I kinda liked the fact that Radical Dreamers is like an interactive book, you don't see much of those in EU and USA. I guess that's why I like playing "old" RPGs (since today, Chrono Cross is considered old, but I take it as one of the newer games). For me, good games production vanished around 2002., and I was just begining to emerge into that vastly wonderful world...

@AnnaLalaDreams Actually the game isn't available in the US. Even in Japan it was only available for download. I'm sure you can find it easily though :D

wow, this is like, totally cool. i'm thinking of auditioning but i have a few questions;

1. live in Australia, will this be a problem?

2. I don't have any acting experience per say, but people tell me I have a cool voice. Does lack of experience matter?

3. Is it ok if we audition for multiple characters? I've never done anything like this before so i'm not sure who i'd fit in best as.

and just some general info for you; im a 21 year old male studying two degrees at uni that will probly kill me

@protozerox Wow I was completely fine with everything until you got to the last part, haha, but I'll go through my thoughts with you.

Living in another country is not a problem at all, as long as you can send me stuff over the internet.

I would prefer that you have experience, but if you can perform the lines well and you have a good quality microphone, then that's okay.

Auditioning for multiple characters is perfectly okay, but I'll probably just cast you as one.

@protozerox But I know how tough it is being a busy college student, so that's the only thing that's holding me back from encouraging you to audition. I would prefer you not to audition, to save your time and mine, if you have a feeling that you won't be able to reliably turn in your lines by deadlines.

@AderuMoro oh trust me being a college student is like water off a ducks back for me, i have all the time in the world - i live off virtually no sleep. i only told you that so you'd have a bit of an idea who i am. id planned on doing some sort of creative arts project in the second half of this year ages ago. if not this then some other form of machinima or film work, so ive already got time set aside for whatever i need. i do engineering so i know how important deadlines and commitments are :)
